  We worked with Steve during the home inspection process of purchasing our house. His communication was excellent prior to, during, and after the inspection. After his inspection, he walked us through key areas of concern and then provided additional information in his report. The inspection report was exceptionally thorough and become a checklist for us of what to prioritize as we settled in to our house.
